How to Change the Time on A Telrad Telephone System

Applies to Software SBS-6 and Earlier
This document describes the steps in changing the time on your Telrad Connegy Telephone system. In most cases it can be assumed that the attendant console is the "Time Setting Station" although any phone may be. If these steps do not work, try other logical phones, such as the administrators phone. Otherwise you may need to contact your Telrad Connegy dealers for the correct station.
- Press { Program}
- Press {Time}
- Dial the correct time, using "HHMM" in 24 hour fomat ( e.g., 1530 for 3:30 ).
- Dial the correct date, using "DDMMYY" format ( e.g., 030194 for Jan.3, 1994 )
- Press {Save}.

The Following applies to AdvanceIP, UNITe IP, UNITe and DIGITAL systems, from software versions SBS-7 and up.
NOTE
The instructions below assume the authorized station is an Avanti telephone with
display.
To set the system time and date from the time-setting station:
1. Locate the station authorized to set the system time and date. If you are not sure
which station it is, consult your Customer Service Representative.
2. Press the programming softkey (depending on the type of telephone,
{PROGRAM} or {PROG} on your display). The display will show PROGRAMMING.3. Press the time softkey ( ,
{TIME} or {ALARM}).4. Enter four digits for the time (00 to 23 for hours and 00 to 59 for minutes). The display shows the digits as you enter them.
5. Enter two digits for the date (01-31).
6. Enter two digits for the month (01-12).
7. Enter two digits for the year (00-99).
8. Press
{SAVE}. - The new time and date are displayed on all the extensions in the system.
NOTE
Performing the above procedure on stations that are not authorized to set the system time will set the local alarm. Moreover, on these stations you will not be required to enter the date.
